Rates for CrossFit, CF Endurance and Youth Strength & Conditioning
CrossFit Families (2 or more people) receive a 15% discount.
No discounts for CrossFit 101 Classes, Youth Strength & Conditioning or Personal Training.
All membership fees will be collected by an automatic withdraw from your checking account or credit card. Fees will be withdrawn/charged on the 1st business day of each month and will continue to be automatically withdrawn unless CrossFit Roscoe staff is notified in writing of a desire to discontinue a membership or make changes to a membership plan. In order to cover banking costs, a $29 fee will be charged for “insufficient funds.”
Step 1: CrossFit 101 Classes
The CrossFit 101 program includes 2 free weeks of training. After completing these two weeks, you can finish the CrossFit 101 program, which includes 2 additional weeks of 101 training and 2 weeks of participating in regular CrossFit Group classes for $135.00. The 12 CrossFit 101 sessions are 3 days a week for 4 weeks (M,T,Th at 6:30am or 6:30pm).

After the CrossFit 101 program, you can signup for the regular CrossFit classes, Small Group classes and/or Personal Training (schedule). We offer unlimited training with our base CrossFit membership and a limited option for both Small Group and Personal Training. Most people train about 4-5 days per week.
CrossFit 101 will prepare you to reach your highest possible level of fitness. Our primary goal in these classes is to introduce you to some brand new skills and movements. This is a challenging, but rewarding step. Once you’ve gotten the hang of it, you’ll be ready to enter our group Crossfit classes.
Here are some of the features of our CrossFit 101 class:
• First, we will show you how to properly warmup and we will run you through mobility stretches.
• Next, we will demonstrate and teach you how to do a strength movement safely and efficiently. We will start with simple exercises with light weight, slowly adding more movements and weight once you are performing with proper technique.
• Each class will end with a conditioning workout allowing you to measure your progress through time or repetitions. Under our guidance, you’ll have the chance to push yourself and put your new skills to the test.
• This course brings results! During the course of your CrossFit 101 training, your body will begin to rapidly change. We’ll encourage you to take before and after pictures to help capture your transformation.
• This course is a value. The complete cost of Roscoe CrossFit 101 is less than the typical price of two personal training sessions at a large commercial gym.
• Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and bring a towel and water.
For those of you who have been CrossFitting at home, or in a globo-gym/park, and would like to graduate straight to the CrossFit Group Classes, please contact us. If you come in low-key and respectful, AND have sound technique (judged by our coaches), it may be possible.
Upon evaluation you may be asked to repeat the CrossFit 101 Program or begin a Personal Training Package to bring you up to speed.

STEP 2: CrossFit Group Classes
Upon completion of our CrossFit 101 Program, you may graduate to our CrossFit Group Class. These are held at several different times throughout the day to allow our athletes as much flexibility in scheduling as we can. On any given day, each CrossFit Group Class completes the same Workout of the Day (or WOD). CrossFit Group Classes are typically larger than CrossFit 101 classes, but the community, camaraderie, and support of fellow CF Roscoe athletes and coaches should help you feel right at home! Currently, membership at CF Roscoe requires individuals to pay a flat monthly rate.

PERSONAL / SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
For individuals who are not interested in the group training atmosphere of our CrossFit Group Classes, we do offer personal training (PT). PT is 1-on-1 with a CF Roscoe Coach for approximately 1 hour. Each PT session is individually based for that client, and sessions will grow and progress with the client’s ability level. If you feel PT is the route you would like to go, please stop by, call at 815-762-1117 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to set something up. Additionally, should you desire Semi-Private PT (i.e., PT with family or friends), that can be arranged as well. The cost of PT will vary by coach and availability.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENTAL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
The base foundation is the most important aspect to an athlete’s future success. Classes are open to youth in elementary and middle school. Athletes will be placed in a program that is designed to help the young budding athlete to learn the athletic skills necessary to be successful at any sport. In class, we will help your child learn how to properly jump, run, tumble, jump rope, be more agile, develop speed and properly handle their own body weight though bodyweight strength training exercises.
High school athletes will endure a program that is more sport-specific. We help develop young athletes by improving their speed, power, strength, stamina, coordination, flexibility, core, quickness, agility, mental toughness and nutrition. We then enhance the athlete into a champion by emphasizing work ethic, encouraging a champion’s attitude and teaching athletes what it means to compete. Athletes will learn proper lifting technique, mechanics, breathing and body posture. We train all athletes in excel in any or all sports.

POSE RUNNING & CROSSFIT ENDURANCE
CrossFit Endurance is an endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential. Power and speed are critical components to success in swimming, biking and running. With careful planning, our strength and conditioning approach increases these two mainstays of performance while decreasing recovery time, reducing injury, promoting preservation of lean tissue and creating a more sustainable performance curve. Our programming is structured, sport-specific and seamlessly integrated with Olympics lifts, powerlifting, gymnastic movements, explosive activity and mobility-based support.
For high or middle school athletic teams we do offer full team training to specifically meet the needs of their sport. Pricing will vary upon frequency of training and number of athletes attending per session.
To qualify for a Punch Card, you must have completed our CrossFit 101 Program. From there, punch cards are available for those who travel for work, or would just like to stop by on occasion. Punch Cards are good for one year from date of purchase and are checked off as you stop in for a class.
